Mahmoud Melhem, along with his wife and eldest son as cooks, and their four children as servers, brings the essence of Lebanon to Troy, MI. After migrating to the U.S. in 2012, Mahmoud pursued his dream of opening a restaurant to share the rich flavors of authentic Lebanese cuisine with the community.
